These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Digital Ileus and the user regarding the subject matter herein, superseding any prior communications, understandings, or agreements.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing any product available on the Digital Ileus platform, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use and the current Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, we recommend that you do not make a purchase.
Use of our services is restricted to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. Minors under 18 may only use the platform with the express authorization and supervision of their legal guardians, who shall assume full responsibility for such use.
Electronic acceptance performed at the time of purchase (checkbox selection or confirmation button click) is fully legally valid under Brazilian Law No. 14.063/2020 and the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014).
3. Description of Products and Services
Digital Ileus is a digital solutions marketplace that commercializes info-products in the following formats:
- PDFs and interactive digital materials
- Video lessons and online courses
- Applications and digital tools
Each product has a specific description on its sales page, including the delivery format, covered content, and access term. Access to the product is made available immediately after payment confirmation, via a link sent to the registered email address or made available in the client area.
Digital Ileus is not responsible for emails that land in spam folders. The user should check their junk mail folder before contacting support.
4. Registration and User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for:
- Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, bearing civil and criminal liability for false information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, being responsible for all activities carried out with their login;
- Immediately notifying Digital Ileus of any unauthorized access to their account via suporte@digitalileus.com;
- Not sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing acquired content to third parties;
- Using the products exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized in writing by Digital Ileus.
5. Payments and Processing
Payments are made exclusively through the KashPay checkout, integrated with Stripe, Inc., a global payment processor certified at PCI-DSS Level 1. Digital Ileus operates in compliance with Stripe's Terms of Service. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card (installments as available on the product page)
- Debit card
- Other methods enabled by Stripe subject to regional availability
Charges are processed at the time of purchase confirmation. Digital Ileus does not store, view, or have access to any credit or debit card data — this information is collected, stored, and managed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. in a secure, certified environment.
For recurring subscriptions, the user will be informed in advance, in a clear and prominent manner, about the amounts, billing frequency, and next charge date. Subscription cancellation must be requested at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the renewal date, via suporte@digitalileus.com or through the client panel. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
In the event of a failed recurring payment, Digital Ileus will notify the user by email. After 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts, access may be suspended until regularization.
6. Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
Digital Ileus offers a 30 (thirty) calendar-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products, exceeding the 7-day minimum established by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC). Within this period, the user may request a full refund without the need for justification.

7. Fraud Prevention and Dispute Resolution
Digital Ileus uses Stripe's fraud prevention tools (Stripe Radar) to monitor and block suspicious transactions, protecting both the platform and legitimate users.
In the event of any doubt, dissatisfaction, or issue with a purchased product, the user agrees to first contact Digital Ileus support at suporte@digitalileus.com, allowing for friendly resolution before resorting to disputes with the card issuer or legal proceedings.
The user has the right to register complaints with the following channels:
- PROCON — Brazilian State Consumer Protection Agency;
- Consumidor.gov.br — Federal Government's public dispute resolution platform;
- Reclame Aqui — private consumer-business mediation platform.

8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Digital Ileus — including, without limitation, texts, videos, images, layouts, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and supporting materials — is protected by Brazilian Law No. 9.610/1998 (Copyright Law) and applicable international intellectual property norms.
Users are expressly prohibited from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or transmitting any material without prior written authorization from Digital Ileus;
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting acquired content;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling applications or digital tools;
- Removing or altering copyright notices or trademarks present in the materials.
Violations will subject the infringer to the penalties provided by Law No. 9.610/1998 and the Brazilian Penal Code (Art. 184), as well as the immediate cancellation of access as described in section 10.
9. Availability, Modifications, and Force Majeure
Digital Ileus makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or fitness for any specific purpose of the user.
Digital Ileus reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue products and services at any time, notifying affected users by registered email at least 30 (thirty) days in advance, except in force majeure situations.
Force majeure events include, for purposes of these Terms, unforeseeable and irresistible circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of obligations, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, widespread internet infrastructure failures, governmental or judicial decisions, pandemics, or any other events beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Digital Ileus products and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The platform does not guarantee specific results, as these depend on each user's individual effort, dedication, and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Ileus's total liability to the user, for any cause, shall be limited to the amount paid for the product that originated the claim.
Digital Ileus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the products.
11. Suspension and Cancellation of Access
The user's access may be suspended or cancelled in the following situations:
- Proven violation of these Terms of Use;
- Unauthorized sharing of credentials or protected content;
- Improper or fraudulent chargebacks, after notification and a 5 business-day response period;
- Use of the platform for unlawful purposes or that cause harm to third parties.
In cases of serious and proven violations (fraud, unlawful use), suspension may occur without prior notice. In all other cases, the user will be notified by email with 5 (five) business days to respond before cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation due to Terms violations does not entitle the user to a refund for the unused period.
12. Amendments to These Terms
Digital Ileus may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 (thirty) days before they take effect. The date of the last update is indicated in the header of this document.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If the user disagrees, they must cease use of the services and request cancellation under the conditions in effect at the time of their enrollment.
13. General Provisions
Severability: If any clause or provision of these Terms is declared invalid, void, or unenforceable by any competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid clause had never existed.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein, superseding any prior understandings, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written.
No Waiver: Digital Ileus's failure or delay in enforcing any obligation under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver or precedent, and Digital Ileus may enforce compliance at any time.
Assignment: The user may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written authorization from Digital Ileus.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), and the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms amicably within 15 (fifteen) days from the formal written notice of the claiming party.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the Court of the Judicial District of Pouso Alegre, State of Minas Gerais, as the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation, expressly waiving any other forum, however privileged.
